Access

How can I get to L’Abarset?
Can I reach the restaurant on skis?

Yes, you can ski along the Esquirol slope right up the L’Abarset door, which is next to the El Tarter gondola, Grandvalira.

Do you have a car park?

Yes, L’Abarset has free, outdoor parking.

Can I get there by public transport?

Yes, you can use the L3 and L4 bus routes, which will drop you in El Tarter, and then you just have to cross the car park on foot to get to L’Abarset. Remember that, this way, you will be contributing to greener mobility.

Is there a taxi stand or do taxis arrive? What’s the number to call?

To book a taxi, you can call +376 863 000 - 861 005.

Is L'Abarset an accessible facility?

L'Abarset was built using universal design criteria, with the aim of ensuring the mobility of all users within the same facility.

Schedules

Is L’Abarset open all year round?

L’Abarset (Après-ski and restaurant) is only open during the winter season, according to the Grandvalira resort opening hours during the season.

Is there Après-ski every day?

Yes, you can enjoy the Après-ski every day. You can check out the party agenda.

What are the opening hours of L'Abarset?

Après-Ski

  • Sunday to Friday(*): from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
  • Saturdays(*): from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Restaurant

  • Sunday to Friday(*): from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
  • Saturdays: from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Monday to Sunday from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., "afternoon" offer with tapas menu.

(*)On Fridays and Saturdays, depending on the seasonal schedule, the Après-Ski hours may be extended until 02:00h (Reduced capacity inside the premises). In the case of the restaurant, the closing time will be adapted according to the Après-Ski.

Goiko (food truck) (**)

  • Fridays: from 16:30 to 21:30 (Goiko)
  • Saturdays: from 16:30 to 22:30 (Goiko)

(**) During the month of February, open from Thursday to Saturday.

What are the opening hours of After-party and After Après-Ski?

After-party: L'Abarset's exclusive parties that take place on certain Saturdays during the season from 10:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., inside the club.

Can there be changes to the schedule during the season?

The seasonal schedule may be subject to possible last-minute changes, which we will always inform you of so that you can plan your visit to L'Abarset in advance.

I have bought a ticket! Do I get a free drink?

The entrance ticket only gives you access to the Après-ski, and so you will have to buy your drinks inside the premises.

What do I do if I make a mistake when buying a ticket?

Generally, at L’Abarset we do not make refunds or modify bookings. Nevertheless, if you need to, please contact us via the contact page and we will assess your individual case.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Yes, subject to availability. On the day of the event, as long as there are tickets available, points of sale will be set up at the entrance doors so that tickets can be purchased until capacity is reached. We recommend that you plan your arrival in advance to avoid queues or tickets running out and missing out on the party! Payment can be made in cash or by credit/debit card.

Are there different ticket prices?

There are advantages to booking in advance. L'Abarset tickets work on a "release" basis (capacity limits) so if you are thinking of coming, buy your ticket in advance to get the best price!

What should I do if I have an issue during the ticket purchase process?

If you have an issue during the online ticket purchase process, contact us by sending an email to reservesabarset@soldeu.ad and explain your case so we can help you.

I have bought a ticket and I will not be going. Can I return it?

L'Abarset's policy is NOT to make refunds or modifications to purchases made. In any case, you can contact us to explain your case.

Can I change the date of my check-in?

It is very important that you keep in mind that, once your purchase has been made, it cannot be cancelled or the date changed.

What are the terms and conditions for purchasing tickets?

Can I access the event at any time?

If you already have a ticket for a specific event, you will be able to access the L'Abarset venue during opening hours, from 4:00 p.m. until 30 minutes before the Après-Ski closing time. We recommend that you always check the opening hours.

Can I leave and re-enter with my ticket?

Please note that once you have entered L'Abarset and validated your ticket at the access points, you are not permitted to leave the premises and re-enter. Please note! To re-enter, you will have to pay for your ticket again, provided that it is not sold out.

When should I download my ticket?

We recommend that you download your ticket at home/hotel before going to L'Abarset to speed up access and avoid queues. Please note that mobile data, depending on your country of origin, may not work or may be expensive.

What happens if I buy a ticket on a website that is not the official L'Abarset website?

Remember that the only official point of sale for tickets is the L'Abarset website (www.abarset.com). Avoid resale portals, as they may be fraudulent and L'Abarset will not be held responsible in any of these cases.

Can I access After-party and After Après-Ski sessions with the Après-Ski ticket?

Important! To access After-party and/or After Après-Ski, a separate specific ticket is required. Be sure to buy your ticket in advance, as capacity is very limited and they tend to sell out quickly.

Après-ski

Can I go to the Après-ski wearing ski clothes?

Yes, the L’Abarset Après-ski is an open terrace, and so we recommend warm clothes, so that you can look very cool.

Can minors enter?

Minors (<18 years old) can only enter the Après-ski on Sundays, for the Friends & Family party.

VIP Zone

I want to book in the L’Abarset VIP area. How can I do it?

Which days is the VIP area available?

Every day, from Monday to Sunday, in Après-ski hours.

Why book in the VIP area?

The L'Abarset VIP offers you a TOP experience to enjoy the Après-Ski in an exclusive location with tables and sofas, just a few metres from the cabin and with a global view of the entire area. Book your VIP ticket in advance to ensure availability.

Is there a parking area for VIP zone customers?

L'Abarset has an exclusive parking area for customers with a reservation in the VIP zone. Check availability when making your VIP reservation by calling by phone, writing via WhatsApp or sending an email.

Can I access the VIP area without a table reservation?

Yes, always subject to availability. Make your VIP reservation in advance by calling by phone, writing via WhatsApp or sending an email.

How many people can be at a VIP table?

A VIP table reservation can accommodate up to 6 people, which can be extended with an additional supplement per person up to a maximum of 10. To book, contact the team directly by calling, writing via WhatsApp or sending an email.

What payment methods are accepted for VIP Zone reservations?

The preferred payment method for VIP reservations is by credit/debit card. We will send you a payment link once you make your VIP reservation via reservesabarset@soldeu.ad. If you wish to pay in cash, you must indicate this to our team at the time of booking.

What is the difference between Back Stage tickets and VIP zone tickets?

VIP tickets offer you the chance to enjoy an exclusive space with a table and sofas to enjoy the experience in maximum comfort and just a few metres from the DJ.

What are the L’Abarset restaurant opening hours?

I want to book a table in the L’Abarset restaurant. How can I do this?

If I have a restaurant booking, is it free to enter the Après-ski?

On Saturdays and in special promotion parties, you have to pay to access the Après-ski. You can see which days are free and which require a ticket, by checking out our agenda.

Does the restaurant take group bookings?

L’Abarset restaurant does take group bookings. For 10 people or more, we offer a set menu.

Are there any specific options for people with allergies or intolerances?

The restaurant has a menu with allergen information, where you can find the options best suited to you. If you need further information, please contact us using the form provided on the contact page.

Is there a children’s menu in the restaurant?

We do not offer a children’s menu, but we have some meal suggestions that little ones will love!

Do I have a discount with my seasonal Grandvalira Resorts ski pass?

With the seasonal ski pass you get a 10% discount in the restaurant. The discount does not apply to Après-ski tickets or drinks.

Does L’Abarset accept pets inside?

No pets are allowed anywhere on the L’Abarset premises, except guide dogs.

What kind of food is served at L'Abarset?

I want to organise a private event (birthday, group dinner, corporate event, etc.), where should I go?

L'Abarset is an excellent place to celebrate special occasions. Contact us at esdeveniments@soldeu.ad and we will attend to your request.

General Questions

What payment methods can I use at the Après-Ski?

You can pay with a debit/credit card at any of the Après-Ski bars. If you prefer to use cash, we have a Cashless payment system at L'Abarset. This system works with a top-up card that you can purchase at the welcome desk inside the Après-Ski terrace. Please note that you will not be able to pay in cash at any of the L'Abarset bars. You can use the Cashless card throughout the current season, and keep this in mind when managing your balance, as we do not make cash refunds.

Can I bring my ski equipment?

For your own safety and that of other guests, L'Abarset is not allowed to bring ski equipment. We advise you to leave your ski equipment before coming to L'Abarset. If this is not possible, please note that there are ski storage points outside the premises, which are under your own responsibility.

Can photos be taken at L'Abarset?

All personal photos are fine but we do not allow any professional photography during club events. Anyone found doing so without prior permission may have their property confiscated.

There may be promotional and/or commercial photography, video and/or audio recording during events. By attending an event, you consent to the filming and recording of your likeness for use by L'Abarset, for any and all purposes in all media.

What documentation is required to access the Après-Ski?

It is always necessary to be identified, so take your ID or passport with you to be able to show it in case the security staff asks for it.

Is there a cloakroom service?

Of course there is! Go to the welcome counter once you enter the L'Abarset terrace.

Is there a lost property service?

Any item found within the L'Abarset area is kept in the Quality Office located inside the El Tarter Cable Car building (a few metres from L'Abarset). If you have lost an item, you can go there during the station's opening hours, from 09:00 to 17:00 (Monday to Sunday).

What is L'Abarset's contact phone number for reservations?

For restaurant reservations, you can call +376 623 289. For Backstage and VIP Area Après-Ski reservations, call +376 326 725.

Can I bring food or drinks into L'Abarset?

We regret to inform you that outside food and/or drinks are not allowed inside L'Abarset. You will be able to find food and drink options on the premises (options available for vegetarians, vegans... and also allergies and intolerances).

Is there an ATM at L'Abarset?

Remember that at L'Abarset you can use a credit/debit card or use cash through our Cashless payment system, which you can purchase at the welcome counter on the Après-Ski terrace. If you still need an ATM, we inform you that the closest one is inside the Gondola building during station opening hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday). Outside of these hours, you must go to Soldeu (next to the pharmacy, 5' by car) or to Canillo (10' by car).

Is there Wi-Fi inside the venue?

How could we live without Wi-Fi and deprive you of sharing your L'Abarset experience on Social Networks? At the ticket office located at the entrance to the terrace of the venue, you will find a sign with a QR code that will give you access to Wi-Fi.

Is smoking allowed on the premises?

Smoking is allowed in the outdoor areas. Smoking or similar, vaping or any other electronic device is not allowed inside the premises.

What is L'Abarset's policy regarding illegal substances?

It is strictly forbidden to enter the venue with illegal substances. Anyone caught in possession or consuming any type of illegal substance will be immediately expelled from the event. L'Abarset reserves the right to carry out appropriate access controls in order to ensure compliance with this rule.

How to make a suggestion/complaint?

We are at your disposal to attend to any additional needs. We have official complaint forms that can be requested at the Quality office located in the El Tarter Cable Car building, a few meters from L'Abarset, during the station's opening hours, from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Sunday. You can also contact us through the online form that you will find here

Is there a first aid medical service during Après-Ski hours?

As a general rule, on Fridays and Saturdays during Après-Ski (and other specific dates during the season), you will find the Andorran Red Cross first aid medical services at the entrance to the complex to deal with any emergency as quickly as possible. If you need it, please let any member of staff know.

In case of conflict, where can I find the security service?

If you detect a case of conflict or are involved in one, please contact the security staff at the entrance to L'Abarset.

What happens if the weather is not good?

We remind you that L'Abarset Après-Ski is outdoors, so, taking into account that it is winter, we recommend coming with warm clothing as it may be cold, windy or snowy. Tickets are purchased assuming the risk of inclement weather.
