RULES OF CONDUCT AT L’ABARSET
10 rules to guarantee your enjoyment
- Good atmosphere. Our main goal is to create a positive atmosphere among everyone attending the events. L’Abarset is a place for everyone to have fun and enjoy themselves, and that’s why we’re relying on your commitment.
- Appropriate behavior. Let’s all behave respectfully and carefully towards others and the environment. All this will contribute to providing the best Après-Ski experience.
- Respect and care. At L’Abarset we are constantly working to offer a safe environment for everyone attending our events. We will not tolerate any kind of physical or verbal aggression towards anyone. If you witness or experience any of these situations, please notify security personnel immediately.
- Freedom and tolerance. At L’Abarset we will not tolerate any form of discrimination, bullying behaviour or harassment, whether it be racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, body shaming or any other offensive comments.
- Image rights. We know that you love taking photos and videos to share on social media, so keep in mind that you may see yourself in a post by somebody else attending an Après-ski event, or on l’Abarset’s own social media (in this case, you can consult this processing in our privacy policy, and how to exercise your rights of access, opposition and deletion, among others).
- Responsible consumption. We know that you all want to have the best Après-Ski experience every time. We remind you that the consumption and sale of narcotics or any illegal substance is not permitted by law. We therefore ask you to be as responsible as possible and comply with these regulations. Anyone caught selling or consuming any type of illegal substance will be immediately expelled from the premises.
- Responsible use of resources: Let’s all be responsible about using material, technological and human resources, which must always be used efficiently.
- Access to external products. At L’Abarset we work to offer you a wide range of restaurants to suit all tastes. Therefore, it is forbidden to enter with food or drinks from outside. Likewise, it is forbidden to enter with any container or object that the organization considers dangerous or harmful.
- Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Visitors to L’Abarset must comply at all times with applicable local laws and regulations.
- Incident Report: If you experience or witness a breach of this Code of Conduct, we encourage you to let us know immediately. Access the Grandvalira Resorts ethical channel and follow the steps indicated to report the facts that you consider may incur discrimination, a breach of the rules or an infringement, via the CO-RESOL website and/ or mobile application (Code: GVR-AND, and then CANILLO – SOLDEU - EL TARTER).

This code of conduct is designed to ensure everyone's enjoyment of the Après-Ski and VIP Zone, so please note that failure to comply with it may result in warnings, expulsion, future bans and legal action if necessary, without the possibility of a refund.
Breakage or damage to furniture or any object in the establishment will entail responsibilities for repair and/or replacement at the customer's expense.
